Georgian mahogany twin compartment tea caddy c.1800. The centre of the lid is inlaid with a beautiful harewood conch shell. The front of the caddy has a six-sided escutcheon. A lift-up lid reveals twin compartments each with a mahogany lift-off lid with a brass knob. The underside of the lids have been relined with a hand-marbled paper.
